Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms & Conditions, mdg108 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals.
mdg108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted using a payment account registered in the Member's own name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Members are encouraged to review their bank or e-wallet's transfer limits before initiating a deposit.
mdg108 targets withdrawal processing within three minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, maintenance windows, or where additional KYC verification is required. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum 10x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, the Member's withdrawable balance will not include the Bonus Funds or any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds.

mdg108 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where it suspects an error in odds or pricing, where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the event in question, or where the Member's account is under review.
A bet may be declared void by mdg108 where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement; or the outcome of the event is found to have been influenced by match-fixing or corrupt activity. Void bets are settled at the stake returned.

Mix parlay bets require all selections to win; a single void selection will reduce the parlay odds, not void the entire slip.

Where liability cannot be excluded, mdg108's total aggregate liability to a Member arising from or related to any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to mdg108 during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
A Member may close their mdg108 account at any time by submitting a written request to the mdg108 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) will be disbursed to the Member's registered payment method.
mdg108 may terminate a Member's account immediately and without prior notice where the Member has breached any material provision of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the platform. In such cases, mdg108 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balance.
Upon termination, the Member's licence to access and use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Activities), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mdg108 is registered as an international operator.
